The Deputy submitted a Freedom of Information (FOI) request to my Department on 15 June 2020 which encompassed the records referred to in the Questions. In accordance with the provisions of the FOI Act 2014, access to relevant records was partly granted in a response to the Deputy on 11 August 2020. I have asked my officials to prepare a note setting out further information in relation to these records that may be of assistance to the Deputy.
