Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the value of regional aid granted under the regional aid guidelines granted by his Department or agencies under the remit of his Department in each of the past seven years; the value by county or lowest possible NUTS level over the period; and if he will make a statement on the matter. While my Department is responsible for a range of infrastructure and other programmes that bring significant benefits to all areas of the country, it does not operate formal regional aid schemes along the lines of those to which the Deputy refers.
