Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the level of compliance in filling out the passenger locator form on a weekly basis from 5 October 2020; the number of forms which were correctly and incorrectly completed on a weekly basis; and the number of persons that refused to fill out the form on a weekly basis, in tabular form. Incorrectly completed forms refers to paper forms containing incomplete of illegible information. The Border Management Unit within the Department of Justice have informed my Department that there were no cases of persons refusing to complete the COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form in Dublin Airport in the given time period.
