View answerMy Department is working closely with the Department of Justice to draft and finalise regulations around the introduction of fixed penalty notices. Section 5(5) of the Health Act 1947 provides that every regulation made by the Minister for Health under the Act is laid before each House of the Oireachtas as soon as possible after it is made. In addition, they are published on the Department's website.
