Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 383 of 2 April 2019, if he will provide a full update in relation to plans within his Department to remove the old tank and silos from a location (details supplied); the position regarding the site; the reason the tanks have not been removed in view of the serious public health risks associated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
