Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 768 of 29 September 2020, if further information will be provided on the estimated number of persons living with disability post stroke; the location the figure cited in the 2008 stroke audit by an organisation (details supplied) came from; if there has been a recent update on the figure in view of decreases in stroke deaths and increases in persons living with the effects of stroke; if research will be undertaken on a recent figure or extrapolation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
