Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health if an organisation (details supplied) requested a copy of the Terms of Agreement between the Department of Health, the HSE and the IMO, regarding GP Contractual Reform and Service Development between 1 April and 16 April 2020; if his Department agreed to such a request; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is assumed that the Deputy is referring to the dates between 1 April and 16 April 2019; please be advised that my Department has not found any request between 1 April and 16 April 2019 from the organisation concerned for a copy of the Terms of Agreement between the Department of Health, the HSE and IMO, regarding the 2019 GP Agreement on Contract Reform and Service Development.
