Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin asked the Minister for Education if students sitting Irish in the leaving certificate in November 2020 can be accommodated with an aural and-or an oral examination in order to ensure equity with students that have been assessed and provided with a calculated grade based on aural and oral proficiency; if not, if the students will be credited a 100% award for the oral portion of exams as was originally announced in March 2020; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
