View answerI am advised that there is no recent record of an application for assistance under the Supplementary Welfare Allowance scheme or an application for an Exceptional Needs Payment from the person concerned in my Department. The person concerned may make an application for assistance at his local Community Welfare Service in Tallaght. This service can be contacted by phone at 01 4629400 or by email at CWSTallaght@welfare.ie.
