Deputy Sean Sherlock asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science the third-party contracts entered into by agencies under the remit of his Department for the operation of community and voluntary organisations; the number of staff employed by the third party; and the cost of the contract in 2019 and 2020.
