Deputy Maurice Quinlivan asked the Minister for Education if there will be a need for further extensions to the deadline for the submission of the report to the Council of Europe on the implementation of the European Court of Human Rights judgment in view of the granting of an extension to the deadline for submission and the report of 8 December 2020; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I fully expect that the deadline of 8 December 2020, for the submission of Ireland's 12th report to the Council of Europe, will be met and that there will not be a requirement for a further extension.
