View answerSince the commencement of the Lower Lee Flood Relief Scheme, the Office of Public Works (OPW) has procured all its contracts through open competitions, with the exception of a minor competition for a Road Safety Audit, which was procured by seeking quotations from four companies, as this was well below the threshold limit for open competition.
