814. Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin asked the Minister for Health the additional measures that can be taken by his Department to assist or encourage maternity hospitals to allow expectant mothers, such as in the case of a person (details supplied), have a birth partner present and available before, during and after the birth of a child.
