635. Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Health if his Department has published guidelines for behaviour for persons employed by the State in the health services on the use of social media; the regulations in place; the way in which they are enforced with regard to use of offensive or racist language on online platforms by current staff members; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the HSE have a Social Media and Digital Use policy which sets out staff use guidelines, however I have referred the Deputy's question to the HSE in order that they can provide a more detailed response to the Deputy.
