Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Health the reason the business case for a second diabetes clinical nurse specialist, CNSp, post, which was approved locally, was rejected by the Ireland East Hospital Group for Mullingar Hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
