Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Health the volume of faulty equipment purchased by the HSE in each of the years 2011 to 2019; the details of the type of equipment; the quantity that was faulty; the value of the faulty equipment; the person or body that supplied the faulty equipment; if they were the manufacturer or an intermediary; if any of the costs were recovered; and the locations that the equipment was destined for, for example, hospital, primary care centre, nursing home or other in tabular form.
