View answerMy Department is currently in consultation with the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) regarding the Public Transport (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021 to which the Deputy refers. Following review by the AGO and subject to confirmation that the Bill is ready to proceed, the draft General Scheme and Memorandum for Government will be circulated shortly thereafter for observations to the relevant Departments, in advance of them being submitted to Cabinet for consideration.
