View answerThe person named was approved into GLAS I with a contract commencement date of 1st October 2015 and has received payments for scheme years 2015 - 2019 and the 2020 advance payment,
The Department is aware of an issue which has delayed the payment of a commonage claim for 2020 and is currently working to resolve it as soon as possible. Once this issue is resolved and the claim has cleared all validation checks, the payment will be processed.
