Deputy Neasa Hourigan asked the Minister for Health the steps that have been taken to develop transgender health services for children and adults with a clear transition pathway from child to adult services in line with action 19.2 of the National LGBTI+ Inclusion Strategy 2018-2020; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
