1994. Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of weekly full-time equivalent ecologists working in the forest service of his Department since June 2019 including the ecologists who are subcontracted by the service; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe Department has invested heavily in both ecologist and forestry Inspector resources. The ecology resource are both full time Department ecologists, most of whom have been recruited in the last year and contract ecologists. The numbers in the table below are full-time equvalent.
