Deputy Mairéad Farrell asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if her attention has been drawn to instances of litigation or the threat of litigation arising from the inclusion of social clauses in public procurement contracts in each of the years 2017 to 2020. I am advised that no instances of litigation, or threats of litigation, arising from the inclusion of social clauses in public procurement contracts relevant to my Department have been brought to the attention of my Department during the period specified by the Deputy.
