851. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Health the reason the vaccination hub in Athlone, County Westmeath is starting at the end of March 2021 but not happening in Mullingar, County Westmeath until mid-April 2021; and if there is a delay in Ireland receiving vaccines. [16288/21]
