22. Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications further to Parliamentary Question No. 59 of 3 March 2021, if An Post will be contacted in relation to the matter given the person has not been contacted in order to resolve the issue; if the matter will be highlighted with the relevant authorities in order to rectify same (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. As I indicated in my previous reply to the Deputy this is an operational matter directly for An Post. The matter has already been referred to the company to investigate and respond directly to the individual concerned. The Deputy's further Parliamentary Question had been brought to the attention of the company.
