287. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Justice if a schedule will be provided of the data sets, databases and file types her Department has shared with the Department of Health since 2000. [17976/21]
View answerUnfortunately, my Department would not be in a position to create a schedule of the data sets, databases and file types that may have been shared with the Department of Health or indeed other Departments since 2000. Given the broad timeframe, the limited IT infrastructure over that period and changes which have occurred in my Department and in other Departments since 2020, this is not information which is available to-hand and any exercise to identify and retrieve this information would take a significant amount of time. If the Deputy is in a position to identify specific information she wishes to receive or identify the information sought from particular areas in my Department this would be very helpful and if the Deputy writes to me directly with those specifics I will arrange to have the details provided, if available, as soon as possible.
