Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the arrangements in place to compensate families in circumstances in which a family member had entitlements which were transferred to the national reserve and the family was not aware or informed regarding the way to claim the entitlements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
