Deputy Pauline Tully asked the Minister for Transport the number of driver tests that have been carried out in County Cavan in the past year by car and motorbike; if driver tests are being carried out for those deemed essential workers; if not, the reason; the timeframe for driver tests for essential workers to restart; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
