274. Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Transport when a person (details supplied) will receive a date for their driver theory test; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31633/21]

Minister of State at the Department of Transport

Under legislation, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) is the body responsible for the operation of the Theory Test.

The information requested is held by the Authority and this question is therefore being referred to them for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
