View answerDetails of guidelines and policy directives issued to all planning authorities, including An Bord Pleanála, by my Department under Sections 28 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, since 1 January 2020 are set out in the Table below. My Department has not issued any guidelines or policy directives under section 29 of the Act in that period.
