Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science the percentage of international students of full-time higher education students in the public and private higher education sectors, respectively; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41573/21]

Officials in my Department are working with the Statistics Unit in the Higher Education Authority (HEA) to gather the data, and this will sent to the Deputy once available. 

It should be noted that this HEA does not gather data in respect of private colleges engaged in the provision of higher education.
