Deputy Neasa Hourigan asked the Minister for Transport his plans to raise the fixed-charge penalty that may be issued by traffic wardens and members of An Garda Síochána for parking offences related to preventing use of active and sustainable transport infrastructure, including parking on footpaths, cycle lanes and bus lanes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
