Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Health if he or any person in his Department have had any communications with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and or the HSE regarding the future of the Dean Maxwell home in Roscrea, County Tipperary; if so, the way in which he communicated with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and or the HSE; the dates he communicated with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and or the HSE; and the persons with whom he communicated with in the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and or the HSE on this matter (details supplied).
