View answerMy Department does not provide assessment instruments/tests to schools. Guidance on the use of assessment tools is provided to schools. Schools are advised to develop their own assessment policy setting out in detail the school’s policy on the use of tests - to include consent, administration, interpretation, retention, feedback and processing, in accordance with GDPR regulations.
