Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health if there is a standard process for selecting candidates to panels for the position of healthcare assistants within HSE hospitals; if so, the details of the process; if the case of a person (details supplied) will be reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
