Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the steps his Department is taking to address issues related to foetal alcohol syndrome; the amount of funding provided to address these issues over the past five years; the information available on the incidence of foetal alcohol syndrome over the past five years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
