View answerThe application for a tree felling licence to which the Deputy refers is currently awaiting assessment by an ecologist. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been received, which will be reviewed by the ecologist. I would expect a decision to issue in the next two to three months, which factors in the mandatory 30-day public consultation period.
