Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health if St. Vincent's Healthcare Group is a section 38 or a section 39 organisation; if St. Vincent's University Hospital and St. Michael's Hospital, Dún Laoghaire are currently funded under section 38 or section 39; if the funding arrangements that currently apply are to continue into the future; and, if not, the arrangements that are envisaged including with reference to the planned new maternity hospital.
