Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage further to Parliamentary Question No. 98 of 10 November 2021, if he will provide the policy and procedural guidance issued to housing authorities relating to the role they can play to assist victims of domestic violence. In 2017, my Department issued policy and procedural guidance to all housing authorities relating to the role they can play to assist victims of domestic violence.

A copy of the guidance has been issued to the Deputy.
