Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if the HSE, Tusla or his Department can assist a person (details supplied) in County Kildare with an update on information they have requested; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI wish to advise the Deputy that operational responsibility for the delivery of child protection and welfare services is a matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. Therefore, I am not in a position to comment on individual cases.
I can confirm that this matter has been referred to Tusla, for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
