Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health the action he is taking to provide 100 additional neurology nurse specialists across Ireland; his plans to add eight extra nurses for the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in which the numbers fall short of current international guidelines of 14 and patients are waiting longer for diagnosis and treatment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
