Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health the reason the HSE did not ensure the roof of Lifford hospital, County Donegal was repaired at by January 2021 as required by HIQA; when the hospital will reopen; and the long-term plan of the HSE for services at Lifford hospital.
