Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the fact that there are no special educational needs organisers (SENO) covering south County Tipperary (details supplied); when will the National Council for Special Education appoint a dedicated SENO for south County Tipperary; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
