View answerUnder section 159 of the Local Government Act 2001, the Chief Executive is responsible for staffing and organisational arrangements necessary for carrying out the functions of the local authority.
The staffing resources of Greystones Municipal District is therefore a matter for the Chief Executive of Wicklow County Council.
