Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Social Protection if the text in a document (details supplied) released under data protection legislation by a company also forms a part of the text of the document as identified by the business information security unit in an email and held on file by her Department. [1919/22]

I wish to confirm that the document referred to, forms a part of the text of the document held in the Department.  This was previously confirmed by the Department's Business Information Security Unit on 17 April, 2015 under Section 3 of the Data Protection Act, 1988.
