1102. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if, on dates between 5 and 9 January 2022, Tusla or its press office made contact or attempted to make contact with the parent of any child who died while in State care regarding commentary made by such a parent on social media. The Deputy is referring to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla, and asked that a direct response be provided to the Deputy.
