Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health if the HSE and the designers and architects of the National Children’s Hospital at St. James’s Hospital consulted with the gardaí responsible for policing the area regarding the suitability of the site for parking and traffic management in the area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
