229. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Transport if he will address a matter regarding the transfer of a driver licence in the case of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1144/22]

The issuing of driving licences is the responsibility of the Road Safety Authority (RSA). To apply to exchange an Australian driving licence for an Irish driving licence, the person must contact the RSA. As Minister, I have no power to intervene in individual cases.
