Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Taoiseach if he will provide a schedule of all client and or customer-facing and or orientated services that his Department provide via a contracted service provider; the contractor that provides the service; and the cost of same for the past five years to date in 2022. View answerWhile my Department does not generally provide services directly to the public, it has some interaction with the public mainly through correspondence and telephone calls.
In this regard, the main switchboard for telephone calls to the Department is provided by an external contract provider as set out in the table below.
