Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Health if the HSE building and property department has plans in place to upgrade, refurbish and extend the HSE dispensary premises at Ballynacargy, Mullingar, County Westmeath to modernise same and ensure it has adequate capacity; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
