411. Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Education when final approval will issue to a school (details supplied) to enable additional accommodation works to commence; the up-to-date position of the project; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [6019/22]
View answerThe school to which the Deputy refers was granted funding under my Department's Additional Accommodation Scheme 2020. A Stage 1/2A report was submitted in January 2022 and is currently being reviewed by my Department's Professional & Technical team.
Following completion of this review, my Department will revert to the school with a view to progressing the project through the stages of architectural planning and on to the tender and construction stages.
