Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Defence if he or officials from his Department have engaged in any form of communication with the World Economic Forum or representatives of the World Economic Forum including by phone call, webinar, email or any event organised by the World Economic Forum from 1 January 2019 to date; if so, the details of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As Minister for Defence I have not, nor have officials in this Department, engaged with the World Economic Forum or representatives of the World Economic Forum. 

Any correspondence I may have with the World Economic Forum is dealt with in my remit as Minister for Foreign Affairs.
